The Challenge
The client's sales team was manually checking form submissions, copying data into their CRM, and routing leads via email. Leads were falling through the cracks and response times were unpredictable.
Our Solution
We designed an automated pipeline: form submissions trigger instant CRM entry (HubSpot), lead scoring via custom rules, automatic assignment to the right sales rep, and immediate notification via Slack + email. A follow-up drip sequence was also automated.
